An exquisite sculptural table lamp that combines artistry and functionality, Sinag sa Ulap is crafted from Narra, Tanguile, Kamagong, and LED lighting. Its design evokes the imagery of sun rays piercing through clouds, with a wooden base that exudes warmth and stability and a delicately angled top reminiscent of drifting cloud formations.

Espejo ni Pinggoy or Pinggoy Generoso focuses on reclaimed wood and found objects as his main materials. After retiring from broadcasting he found the passion in creating and sculpting anything Filipino as his inspiration.

The concept of sun rays breaking through clouds inspired me to design a piece that embodies both serenity and dynamism. By using Narra, Tanguile, and Kamagong, I aimed to celebrate the natural richness of Filipino hardwoods while showcasing their versatility in a contemporary setting.

This lamp is more than a functional object—it’s a reminder of nature’s grace and our ability to harmonize it with modern craftsmanship.
