• Our in-house fleet delivers within Metro Manila (NCR), Greater Manila Area, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna. Expect your order in 2-7 business days. We deliver daily from 9am to 5pm, except Mondays.
• We partner with 2GO to provide nationwide coverage for delivery to addresses outside our local service zones. You may send us an email at [email protected] or Talk to Amor, our virtual assistant, so we can tailor a special handling solution for you.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on transporter availability and your location, but we'll keep you updated on your order status.
• For made-to-order purchases, anticipate a delivery window of 15-60 days.
• Please make sure your purchased items fit through your doorways and halls, and secure necessary access passes for our couriers.
• We highly encourage inspecting the product 10 minutes after receiving it, preferably while our fulfillment team is at your door.
