1. Avoid acid-based cleaners. Acids aren't friends of most surfaces. Act fast when it comes to moisture. The less time moisture sits on concrete surfaces, the better, mop up any mishaps asap.
2. Variation is normal. Expected color variation and mottling on concrete surfaces change and develop a unique patina with time - just like leather does.
3. Try not to put hot items directly onto a concrete surface as it’s likely to discolour the sealant.
4. Clean cement furniture with warm water and soap using a soft cloth. Avoid citrus-based cleaners or anything containing acetone, alcohol or bleach.
