Change or Cancel an Order

You can only cancel an order if it hasn't been dispatched yet.

For order changes, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Anything bought on sale, as a bundle, or through a promo is non-returnable, unless damaged.

Unless damaged or defective, the following items are not subject to returns:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Items purchased on a sale
  • Items that have been altered, worn, or used
  • Items improperly handled by the customer
  • Items to be returned because the customer changed his or her mind

Inspect your order right away, preferably with our team present. This helps ensure a smooth process if you need to make changes.
