General Return Conditions

At shopITOOH, we accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products purchased through our website. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with the boxes, packaging, stickers, and other marks still attached and in the same condition as when shipped.

The following items are not eligible for returns, unless damaged or defective:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Items that have been altered, worn, or used
  • Items improperly handled by the customer
  • Items returned because the customer changed their mind

Anything bought under a promo, bundle, or giveaway is also non-returnable.
