Responsible Storage

We understand you may need to delay receiving your purchased items. In that case, we offer to hold your products in our warehouse for up to 30 days at no extra cost. To request this, send an email to [email protected] or chat with our virtual assistant, Amor.

If you need to change the delivery address or contact information after purchase, let us know by email or chat. This may incur an additional delivery charge.

For security, packages will only be released to the person named on the delivery receipt. If the recipient is unavailable, they must provide an authorization letter and proof of ID for their representative.

For standard items, we'll make up to 2 delivery attempts. After that, the order will be canceled, and you'll be refunded the item cost minus the shipping fee.

For oversized items, if delivery is delayed due to lack of instructions or authorizations from the customer, the risk passes to the customer, including any damage. Re-delivery will be charged the corresponding fee, payable before release.
