Core Memory One: Over The Moon, Oil and Pear; Bead on Floating Canvas

This Oil and Pear; Bead on Floating Canvas is by Leah Curitana (b. 1999), an artist who grew up in Aurora and is currently based in Quezon City. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines Diliman, College of Fine Arts majoring in Painting. She participated in a few class exhibitions and various galleries around the metro. Her work encompasses illustrations, design, paintings, sculpture/installations, and an array of works on paper such as graphite drawing, watercolor, collage, etc. Currently practicing symbolism and perspective in surrealist dreamscapes, she is an artist who is passionate, creative, highly adaptable, communicative, and dedicated to her craft.
