Description
Designed to look similar to the grey and mysterious full moon, the Luna Side Plate is the perfect serve ware for your delicious side dishes. Round with a little depth, these plates can hold soups, salads, and other appetizers depending on your menu.
Celebrated craftsman Ugu (Augusto) Bigyan creates ceramic art at his own potter's garden in Tiaong, Quezon. Self-taught in pottery, Ugu gets inspiration from nature.
His medium is clay, the raw material for his terracotta bricks, chimes, vases, wall decors, ceramics and various works of arts. His nature-inspired art pieces find their way in the souvenir shops and rooms of posh resorts like Amanpulo, El Nido, Boracay Shangri-la and Crimson Hotel. Queen Sirikit of Thailand even invited him twice to showcase his craft to the Thai people in a royal art festival.
